Randy Campbell

As the former Executive Director of the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones (NAFTZ), Mr. Campbell advised the United States Department of the Treasury and the United States Department of Homeland Security as to their proper role in the administration of the Foreign-Trade Zones Program. He completed projects with the United States Census Bureau to enable Census to report exports from foreign-trade zones properly. He worked with the United States Congress to pass legislation to permit weekly entries of merchandise from all types of United States Foreign-Trade Zones. Mr. Campbell participated as a guest instructor for the United States Bureau of Customs and Border Protection at the United States Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and other locations around the Country. Mr. Campbell served as an advisor to the Department of Treasury Customs Operations Advisory Committee in the formation of the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT). He was a co-chairman and speaker at the World Free Zones Convention in London, England and Brussels, Belgium, a speaker at Cape Town, South Africa, and other meetings of the WFZC in London. Mr. Campbell was a member of the United States contingent in the Black Market Peso Exchange Multi-lateral Working Group meeting in Cartegena, Colombia.
Mr. Campbell has advised companies in Spain, France, and South Africa. He has worked with representatives of the World Customs Organization (WCO), the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the governments of the United States, Spain, Panama, Aruba, Columbia, and South Africa.
