Gary R. Berger C.P.A.
Director of Finance and Information Systems

Gary Berger is responsible for preparing financial statements, coordinating external audits, and supervising the accounting/financing department. He is also responsible for recommending and implementing the computer networks and systems for the Toledo - Lucas County Port Authority.

Before coming to work for the Port Authority in 1996, Mr. Berger was an Accounting/Information System Manager for the Toledo Metroparks system. He also has served as a State Examiner with the Ohio State Auditor.

He is a graduate of the University of Toledo, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
